2002 OCT 22 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- The ruling by a federal judge that tossed out an $800 million lawsuit against Motorola could hinder other suits filed by cell-phone users who claim their phones gave them brain cancer, attorneys said.
"Clearly from the outset, it's not going to bode well for those cases," said attorney John Angelos, who filed the lawsuit against Motorola on behalf of Christopher Newman.
